How long is the delivery ?
It takes between 1 and 2 business days to process your order, then 1 to 2 weeks to deliver it.
 
How can I track my delivery ?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If for some reason you are not able to track it, please write at contact@hexys.net
 
I still didn't receive my order, what can I do ?
Please excuse us if any delays might occur. Sometimes, worldwide shipping can take longer than expected due to routine customs checks between borders or even bad weather conditions. Nevertheless you can track your order at anytime to see where it's at.

What if my product arrived damaged?
In this situation please write us direct email on contact@hexys.net, with your order number included in the e-mail. Join in the email photos of the damaged product. We assure you we will do our best to solve any problem ASAP !
 
Can I cancel my order?
After payment confirmation, cancelling order is possible during next 24h ! If you decide to cancel your order, please write us on contact@hexys.net. Anyway we strongly advice to check your choice before confirming your order.
 
I want to change my delivery informations, what can I do ?
You can ask for a modification of your informations during the next 24h00 of your purchase !
To do so, simply write us at contact@hexys.net with your NAME, LAST NAME, ORDER NUMBER and the modifications you want to make.
